Thom - enjoyed your note. I look at a lot of things to determine what
I think will happen to the overall market. I'm not familiar with
"Investors Alman" but according to Yale Hirsch's Stock Traders Almanac
May has a 0.1% chance of the S&P going up, down from April's 1.2%. June also has 0.1% and then July is back up to 1.2%.

I like your approach with the % above the MA. A very good money manager. Dick Stokes, uses that. Of course, this is part of an overall strategy.

I really don't like selling on bottoms. By various measures that I follow, I believe we're in a bottoming area on the overall market. I want to wait to see how the next rally plays out. I'll make my decision about selling then. I think we're pretty close to the beginning of that next rally.

Regarding NXTL, I would like to refer you to Donald Sew on the Tech Stock Options thread. He is much more competent in stock evaluations than me.

Best regards, Skipperr
