I think this report will probably be a non-event and the fears of what could have been were built into the market over this past week. Greenspan, et al most probably will do nothing about interest rates during next weeks meeting. Then comes July's meeting and by then we will see some (not great) of the negative impact of the Asian turmoil, again interest rates should remain untouched. Therefore, I think we will see stocks rise nicely today and of course we will watch CPQ begin its attack on 35. Oh so WONDERFULLY long on CPQ. Michael
