I've just got to respond Some doctors (PhD) are the people who graduated at the bottom of their class. Kind of scarry if your in surgery, huh.. Never had a whole lot of respect for doctorates in my industry, IS, a doctorate is a sign of someone who does not want to work. I almost always trash resumes of people with PhD's. Sure sign of someone who was afraid to work, wants to be elite, and has a built in attitude. Doctorates in other fields may be completely different. No offense Byron.
