To All,

Good Morning everyone! I started to write this last night but decided that I wanted to think about what exactly my Gut feeling was before I went public. I had a long conversation with Macker in the evening. There has been some talk about motives, intentions, agenda's, etc. Not just about Macker, but Byron, Mr. D, several others, including some of the naysayers. I am not the most trusting person in the world, but, I do feel that I have an above average gift in knowing when I can give that trust to someone. After my conversations with these people I feel confident that they are just trying to help as they can.

We have people coming on and demanding, prove yourselves, tell us your sources, tell us your motives, give us everything that you have and then we MIGHT believe you. To these people I say, don't bother. What ever your told you will not believe anyway. Either you trust that there are people out there that have no ulterior motives other than that they have found a great thing and want others to share it with them. Ask yourselves these questions, "Where does it hurt or benefit others when they tell me of a great thing?, Are they trying to sell me something?, How can they possibly make anything off of me personally? These are the most important questions that I ask myself when I decide to follow another's advice. In a scam stock the answer is almost always Yes, but in a real company like DGIV the answer is that they do not gain except in the self satisfaction of knowing they have helped someone along the road. That is a feeling that I know some of you have experienced, as I have, and you cannot put a price tag on it.

Macker is here to stay!! Do not listen to those that would ask or hint that something is not right because someone decides to take a little breather. Some have been saying to slow down, that things are coming to many, too fast, and it is hard keeping up with things. Well what about those that are doing all of the hard work. They are taking it a little slower and BAMM, out come the ones who now scream, where are you, is something wrong, they are jumping ship, run for your lives!!! Come on people, we have been given a great gift here. We have been given the opportunity of a life time. Maybe that is the actual problem, it was GIVEN to us, most did not have to work very hard for it and now they start looking for the tarnish that must surely be there as no one would just give something like this to others. WELL THEY DID, AND FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN TO FEEL THAT SATISFACTION OF KNOWING, I HELPED SOMEONE HAVE SOMETHING BETTER ALONG THE WAY!!!

Macker, Byron, Mr. D, and all the rest of the family. You have my support, you have the support of my fellow vets, you have the support of my father and friends who I talked into investing. I called all of them last night when I got off the phone with Macker to get there feed back as to my gut reaction, so I know that they support everyone as well and I am not just making a blanket statement.

This is getting far to long so I will close for now, but do want to say to those of you thinking about coming onto this thread and raising unfounded fear because of your own.

"FOOLS RUSH IN, WHERE THE BRAVE DARE NOT GO", The military changed angles to brave and I prefer this statement over the original.

Indonesia News from Bloomberg. -->Privatizations.

BN 07:29 Indonesia invites Proposals on $2.5 Bln in state asset sales.

Jakarta, May 7 (Bloomberg) -- Indonesia has formally asked for proposals from bankers to raise $2.5 billion from the sale of stakes in 12 government companies.

The government aims to cut its stake in five publicly traded companies including domestic phone monopoly PT Telkom, and to privatize seven other wholly owned government firms.

Indonesia is selling the assets to help the government raise funds for the current fiscal year ending March 1999. The country is reeling from the 74% collapse of the rupiah to the US dollar in a year, which has triggered the country's first recession in more than 20 years. The privatization plan is part of the country's agreement with the IMF, which is leading a $40Billion bailout for the country.

In a letter sent to bankers yesterday, the country asked for proposals from financial advisers on the privatization strategy. The letter was sent by government-owed securities firms PT Danareksa Sekuritas and PT Bahana securities. Governement officials couldn't be reached for comment on the letter.

Indonesia plans to reduce its stake to 51% in each of the 12 companies, including publicly traded Telkom, PT Indosat, PT Semen Gresik, PT Tambang Timah, and PT Aneka Tambang, the letter said.

[..pararagraph deleted..]

Privatization in Indonesia can include the sales of shares for trading on public stock markets or the sale of shares to a new partner. The government set a May 18 deadline for submission of written proposals for the privatization.

A few random thoughts:

May18 .. pretty soon..IMHO, a very short time for bankers to start negociations with potential buyers.. unless those buyers have already shown interest.
Possibility of new partners getting in. hmmm. At least we know that partner is not likely to be Deutsche telekom. They're already married to Indosat's big sister, Satelindo, the only other company allowed to provide international voice service originating in Indonesia these days.

74% collapse of the rupiah vs USD in a year --> 'cheaper' for US firms to buy stake in Indonesian companies... also means that revenues in rupiah from the Indonesia domestic market is very sensitive to future exchange rate... On the international front, a good chunk of revenues for satellite companies are in US $ (calls from overseas, international settlement rates..), which makes them a little less vulnerable to the RP/USD exchange rate.

Hope it helps,

JPC
