Judy, I learned that you can not be concerned about taxes when
a good time to sell a stock emerges... I'd rather pay taxes
than hold on and loose even more later as it goes down....

But if you sell, pay your 20% capital gain tax, you can buy
at over 50% lower in price later sometimes... So you are
really gaining 30% in profits. Then when it goes back up a
couple months later, back up 50% plus the 30% gain, you just
made 80% at the same price it was before (after taxes)...
