You guys are just feeling-up different parts of the elephant, IMO Mr. Allen
may be feeling a part of the elephant that would induce excessive levels of
protestation. For that matter, maybe Mr. Frederick sits atop the elephant
with an enhanced perspective. It's a case of the possibility that even though
you appear to disagree with each other there's room for you both to be correct
with respect to the truths you wish to convey to the rest of us.

No Tom. But I keep my speculation to myself or clearly label it as such. Unless I have personally verified something that I consider a "fact", I don't tell anyone that I "can tell" anything about this company. Neither should you in my opinion. You are free to disagree but I don't think it does the company any favors. JLA
