The CIA in tern started Vivus as a front in order to implant small microtransmittors in the peni of impotent exCIA double agents. The microtransmittor is hidden in the center of the geletin pellet. As a last resort the planB for the company is to become a telecommunications stock: After erection the microtransmittor can be used as a communication device between men with ED.
