Sharon, FWIW I sold my limited nine holdings on the open. I did not see it as a "win win" deal, but rather one last chance for nine shareholders. If nine can perform at best with current debt vs equity shareholders would be "ok" if not SGI will walk in and take what they want and then debt holders would come next and by the time the shareholders got theirs all that would be left is the bag. So what I'm saying I didn't want to get left holding the bag. For now I'll watch from the sidelines. Good luck.

Sharon looks like the market differs with you win win analysis. Down 25% already and getting close to the warrant conversion price of 2.75. BTW I agree with your analysis but the market is the final judge.
