How us individual investors perceive support may
be different than institutional buyers waiting for
a good entry point.

Wish I had the ability to track large block trades
AND the time to watch it to determine where the big $
starts buying in.

The support of 8 is confirmed today by almost perfect reversal. One interesting fact is, the stock moves up, at least 10%, after touch the low support.(3/4/98, 4/17/98) So I am expecting the trading range back to 9 to 10.
