From MSNBC: WASHINGTON, May 7 - The Justice Department is planning to launch an expansive antitrust action against Microsoft Corp. within the next few days, barring an 11th-hour settlement, Business Week reports in the issue that will hit newsstands Friday. The article says that the government is prepared to charge Microsoft with using illegal means to protect its monopoly in PC operating systems.
