I have seen Pugs repeatedly make this statement, but I am unsure of the post you are both referring to. What business is TVSI in? It would be helpful to investors to know what type business they are investing in I think. TIA

Martin, As we were informed by the company's release, the merger has been finalized and they have 15 days to disclose the particulars. I have read on this board where you stated the merger was non-exsistent. Are you now changing your opinion in this matter? As far as the particulars you long for, within 15 days you will have the honor of the information as will shareholders and other small investors.
