Listen that "alignment was in place in 1996" and ours is since then.. Also you need to connect the dots so to speak...re-read the release about how AT&T has had many defections=LOUIS INTERNATIONAL=a Portion of those defections! and since Globaland DGIV are connected to the INDOSAT web it would seem obvious that links may have been established before this announcement...... THIS IS HUGE! and the implications are indeed GLOBAL
