May 8 Update from Kevin Holmes, PR GUY..... PLEASE READ!
I thought I would try to clarify things for new potential investors to help them understand our excitement

BASIC INFO ON <WINR>
*FLOAT: 2.5 mil
*52 WK. HIGH: $4.75
*REASON FOR DROP to this level: it was a boring stock while they went thru the laborius process of designing and testing the software; also they needed financing to take them to the next level

*CEO: former IRS dept. head of laundering division; saw a huge need for accounting software that tracks on-line betting; no competitors that we know of.

GOOD NEWS: Financing just finalized this week from a pristigious lending institution; the $10-$15 MILLION contract with TISS (holding company for Caribeean Casinos is done); contract has been signed for some time and now WINR employees will setup and install the software systems. Revenue begins flowing in the next 45 days. Other deals with other casinos will be announced soon in all likelihood.

THOUGHTS ON MISCONCEPTIONS:
The revenue stream looks great...I think our gretest hurdle (and maybe all of us can help) is that many potential investors think that WINR is just another internet gaming company...they are NOT at all!

Few people seem to realize that WINR produces PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE that is in HUGE demand and sorely needed by the 60 - 70 companies (growing by 2-3 per month) involved with on-line gambling. Entire governments of smaller foreign companies may actually endorse the WINR software or even require it, to keep the industry "above board". The software logs, keeps a database of, and assures that bettors are paid properly and that the complex accounting is correctly maintained for company records and to IRS (or equivalent) standards.

PLUS: WINR is also involved with companies in the huge SPORTS BETTING market, not just on-line gaming!

TWO REVENUE SOURCES:
1) Annual maintenance and setup fees: TISS has currently 6 sites that will be setup in late June or early July for $50,000 per site = $300K
Three more sites to be added soon

2) WINR will get 1% of every bet placed. Thus, with each TISS (i.e Carribeean Casino) site doing $7-$10 million a month and 9 sites total expected soon, this means a $10-$15 million revenue stream from this ONE account. Remember TISS's casinos are already operating, so this number is accurate.

EARNINGS:
Because of extraordinarily high margins from being a software company (i.e 75-90%), virually all the revenue goes to the bottom line.

example: $12 million as a revenue from July 1, 1998 to Jine 30, 1999 results in $10 million profit.

With Shares Outstanding of 10 million, this means projected earnings of

************ $1.00 per share ***********

Charger, I just got this information from Columbia Financial Group:

"Access is a distributor/marketer for online gaming sites (both ongoing and
future ones). They are the biggest in this field. If you would like to find
out more about them, the best thing to do might be to contact them directly.
They are at 888-222-4932."
