forgive my ignorance, but why is this deal so bad....agreed everyone was looking for the buyout, but they now have the finances and sgi still has an even greater interest and should buy them... possibly in september if all goes well...the stock trades were very interesting at 3pm they pushed back to 3 5/8 and eventually sold off by days end. if you liked the company and their product before this makes them stronger and keeps the flame burning for a new day... am i too optimistic?? thanks eric
