Luckly I didnt buy the stock because of their microwave cooking bags. I bought it for the potential of their capacitor films.

What has me worried is that they may be having problems manufacturing the film for a profit.

They are thinking of moving the film manufacturing offshore. Will this result in downtime? Will this result in a one time charge to earnings?

I expect that we will be getting some good news in the next couple of months. I can see that as being the only reason for the new warrant terms. I can buy stock on the open market for 3 3/8, why would I want to convert? The company must have news that will get the stock price over $4.00, or todays news makes no sense.
