I just bought some EGHT.
Looks like earnings yesterday after the close
will give this stock some juice.

SCPI, approximately 3 million at 4.12, and 1.5 at 3.12......
EGHT, about 9 million at 8.12....
Personally, with that kind of overhead, I shy away from both...

Take a stock I entered on Friday...VCR....
You have no overhead to contend with in this stock until after the $5.00 area...It had an expansion breakout on Friday, on great volume...The breakout on this pattern speaks of a potential 2.00 move...Yes, we have a little muddling to do at 3.00 yet, but once we move out it will be fast....Play the odds, stocks that give you an edge...

The reason that WAST did not make it was overhead...I got out with small profits on that one...Learned a lesson about overhead and volume levels on that one..The pattern was 2.00 by 2.50...Tremendous overhead at 2.50...When volume did not appear as we reached target area, I departed...Like baseball, three strikes and you are out...
It struck 2.50 three times and failed to penetrate, thus it is out, for now...

I know that some of you do not believe in placing stops after entry, but I am now a firm believer in doing it....Yes, the market maker can take out a tight stop 5 to 7% below entry, but setting protective stops assures you that you will not take big losses...Big losses on a few positions destroys the potential of a great trader...
1.Cut losses
2.Cut losses
3.Cut losses...
