You seem to be an investor in ATCO, what is it that Carver did not fulfill, I heard from the ATCO VP that the agreement includes a paragraph that in effect says the technology has to be ready by the end of 1996 for Carver to have this exclusive right??? they signed the contract in October, 1996?? and if that was the case, why would ATCO terminate the agreement late 1997? They terminated it, in my view, because Jim Croft moved to ATCO at the time and told them Carver is going bankrupt. Well, the bad news to ATCO is that a finance company has picked up Carver, a full blown restructuring, new management, major downsizing, look at their new homepage, expected profits by the end of the year. Now, ATCO needs to respect the agreement or!!!!
