BA,

Yeah, I bought DirecPC to evaluate it incase a client wanted to use it. I was a little disappointed with the responses that I got from Hughes when I asked questions involving the DirecPC.

No NT support!
Only Supports IE 3.02 (latest)

Costs - $9.95/month - $.80/meg prime time - $.60/meg off prime.

Other plans up to unlimited access for about $180/month (I think - might be wrong here!)

Problem is that as more and more users got 'online' the effective rate 'dropped' as the 'real time' distribution decreased. Great on paper, but went to 'overload' in a hurry. When I discontinued service, the effective rate was about 200K. Still pretty fast, but 1/2 of what it was.

Regards,

Ken
