I wouldn't rule out anything at this point because I never would have guessed they would buy Chrysler. Lots of issues though because they will need others to buy fuel cells from them in the future to ensure wide acceptance and the necessary infrastructure. They will, with Ford , Mazda, Chrysler, be approaching the critical mass to move ahead. Any deal would have to involve a sweetheart deal with BLD management and staff to ensure they stick around, but that has often been done before. They could put a real or phantom equity program in place to incent people properly.

I would prefer a stock swap myself to avoid those looming capital gains taxes. Nice problem to have though.

Interesting thought. Anyone know why we are moving up today?
