Confirmation by CNN and CBS radio, Minn and Tobacco settled. 6 billion over 25 years goes to Minn. and BlueCross. (sure it is expensive), but it is at an END. details to follow... now a summary, Minn. settled., Texas, settled, Fl. settled., Miss. settled. Iowa supreme court throws out plaintiff case against tobacco Illinois, lung cancer case of wife, brought by husband, win Tobacco Pennsylvania, Florida, California Tobacco wins against union class actions. Federal judges ruling in favor of Tobacco. AND... we have about 3 weeks left in Congress , per Congress Lott, for Congress to place proposed legistlation on to floor as the "bill process" for this year. McCain, an embarrassing and sad death, of a war hero,.. caught up in the shoddy business of misplaced values. if you did not buy MO this week, you may have missed the low point. (IMHO) however, I bought more additional to my account this morning at 39 1/8. dk
