Knowing the lack of details in TRIBY statements, it may just show up as an increase in assets. As alluded to earlier, there may be valid reasons for the discretion in this case. Hope this is used well - pay of debt and fund expansion without issuing any more shares. Scott

Just a thought:

The PR release of the settlement may have something to do with the relationship between Estacourt, Flambe and Triby. Do you know if Triby considers them subsidiaries or what the relationship is??

It is possible that the news will not be released under Triby name due to the settlement under the names Estacourte, Flambe. Dunno?

Past annual reports have listed the Selfcare shares, so maybe we will have to wait for a quarterly or annual report?

Possibly, a press release is in the works and will be out soon. If nothing is released by mid-next week, I will call OTC.

K has mentioned several times that Triby considers the SLF shares as investments and does not plan to sell them for awhile. The settlement may even stipulate a firm holding period. 3-5 years would be possible.
