Hopefully the FTC and DOJ figure out the threats that INTC and MSFT face from technological change and drop these investigations. It seems that the old fashioned fear of bigness is still alive and well in DC.

The Chrysler thing isn't much of an antitrust problem either. It will still sell less cars than Ford and GM. It will be one of approximately 20 competitors.
