Slider and others on this thread (I may have missed this earlier): the primary concern with HMAR seems to be the debt level. My most recent debt to equity figure for HMAR shows 60/40; for HMAR it is similar at 58/48.
I as well am concerned. Can this be explained away in that this an extremely capital intensive industry with HMAR mgmt. being acquisitive, or am I missing something?

I know you have seen posting about stock offering at yahoo. Have you heard anything about this, which seems a questionable tack to take at this time with stock at/near 52 week low?
If this is true, and the info was in the Q or K, I guess I should have read it better.
