Peter,

A comprehensive and yet not incomprehensible (as so many
corporate release are) document - thank you. It also
appears to me as quite positive, although continued challenges
with raising financing is worrisome. I hope we don't have to
continue to dilute our outstanding share base to do so.

Most important, congratulations on your new appointment, and
continue the good work re keeping us informed - again, thank you.

Dear Mr. Vanderlee,

Although today's press release did not go into much detail, it would appear that sales diminished considerably in the second half of your fiscal year, averaging about $100,000 per month. This is dramatically different than the sales growth you had been projecting. Could you comment on the reason for this sizeable deviation from projections?
