Ken ... does it bother you that your significant investment in this company might be at serious risk due to some of the issues I raise ? I have less at stake than most here I'm sure, but I am interested in flushing out all information relevant to business success or failure. I know enough about VoD to be concerned about their claims, but I am withholding judgement until I know more.

I consider this technical information to be like "opening the hood of the car" and seeing if the inside looks as good as the outside. It is the inside that does the work, and it better be solid. CCUR has some great credentials, but IVoD introduces some very new areas that few Engineers/Programmers there likely have ever faced. They have amazed me with how quickly they have forged into this new zone and have grasped some of the system needs, but areas such as Advanced LANS, Massive Array Storage Subsystem, Database Management, multi-chassis distributed processing, and RF cable distribution, are each highly complex areas, and of which you don't see listed in their historically established bag-of-tricks. These are areas where they can get bit and are ones where others will strike.

You are right about asking on SI for unbiased information, as the BULLS outweigh the bears 20:1 on most threads, and you mostly hear cheering-for-the-home-team stuff. I was hoping that some members could post links to industry articles on "the state of VoD" or press releases from other sources, that you or I might not come across on our own.

Anything you can do to extract answers would likely be in your best interest and would help your fellows investors as well, so we hope you can help.

Thanks again.
