Patrick, No one home @ IR was also my experience when the patent lic litig news came out. On the other hand, I did speak to the CEO on the of the co who owns the patent rights that day. He was in the "cat birds seat" but did not gloat. Was happy to jump out the UGLX "window that day. I have not seen anything to tempt me back. I "play" "comeback stories", so I'll be watching the charts. Mel
