You are trying to do too many things.
MU is on to 64Mb now.
It was all in the conference call back in Mar 1998.
Actually they are the low cost producer of SDRAM.
That is acknowledge by many competitors.

With 64M $10 or less, some of these companies should forget 64M if they are not already there and either work on 128M or sell the company.
