Mr. 2, before you run too far on that theme, I think Jerry was merely talking about differing perspectives. He might as easily put YOU on top of the elephant, but the point is we all look at this with our own filters. My filters sift out all the dumb mistakes, bad PR and all and I focus on what is in the ore. The testing to me says this property contains LOTS of PM's. There are many practical business decisions as well as logical steps steps which must be taken to make Naxos successful, but I am not caught up in whether a release came out when we wanted or the result of hearings or if the RedSox win the Penant. None of that is important in the LONG run. And my focus is only on the long run.

Having said that, you may have equally valid points about current activities and you may be on the money with your anaylsis of where we are now. Frankly, all that matters little one way or the other if FL really does contain lots of PM's. That's my opinion, my point of view. And I think that is what Jerry was saying.

Jerry, correct me if I am wrong, please.

Tom F.

Mr. 2,

<<"For that matter, maybe Mr. Frederick sits atop the elephant with an
enhanced perspective." PJ, please clarify this for me! Are you implying
that Tom has inside information that allows him to see clearly?
>>

Mr. Frederick has extensive inter-cranial inside information allowing
him to see more clearly than most. By positioning himself on top of the
elephant, an attitude not an intelligence choice, he isn't all that concerned
about either getting trampled or sat upon. And the view ain't all that bad
either.
