Man i just left some PO'ed clients behind to, look enough is enough, we need 10% of the total float calling for a proxy vote and legally there is not a damned thing CVIA can do about it... we could loose the vote. But clearly this again is not in our best interest,,,, any one that may want the lawyers Ph# I will PM it,,,,, as soon as I get him to commit to this case... clearly things arent getting better and we had better stop this NOW........ I guess that answers where the broker was getting their inventory to sell. Jack its to far gone now. KAA
