What the passenger with the AK-47 hadn't counted on is the inherent swiftness of a crocodile's initial "killing bite", the incredible sharpness of its teeth, and the almost unfathomable crushing capabilities of its specially hinged jaws (see note below for reference to killing, crushing and ingestion actions of the adult crocodile).

The Lady Croc's golden eyes glinted with excitement and amusement as the hijacker's AK-47, complete with attaching arm, went flipping along the aisle of the jet. Without releasing the high-jacker from her jaws, she turned those large luminous eyes upon him and shot him a warning look as she growled loudly, "Anymore funny business and you'll end up as 'experimental fodder' for a scientific experiment such as that described in the below noted scientific abstract".

The hijacker quickly shouted a cry of surrender... following which, the Lady Croc released her jaws and sputtered "Phooey" while spitting out shreds of khaki cotton. She gazed around her at the passengers who stared at her in disgust. She began snapping her tail back and forth and uttered angrily, "What's the matter with all of you! Don't you know it's rude to stare at someone when they are feeding! Get back to watching your movie!!" Then she let out her familiar "Hmmmmmmmph" and sat back down in her seat to return to reading the latest issue of "Crocs and Gators"....
