TONIGHT!
HomeCom Communications CEO Harvey Sax, appearing this week on ''Emerging Company
Report,'' said the Internet is becoming as much of a staple in the office as the fax machine did 15
years ago, ''and you haven't seen anything yet. We currently host more than 10,000 Web sites. Our
customers include Time Warner (NYSE:TWX - news) and the CIA, for whom we designed a
secure e-mail system.

''Our philosophy is to design Web sites which are more than a company brochure. The future of the
Internet for business is the ability for consumers to interact, purchase and be serviced, all from the
company's Internet site. This is what we do for our clients.''

MATK going to be featured in story on CNBC in about an hour.
STory about new addative for Infant Formula.

Some info below.

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 1998--Martek Biosciences
Corporation (NASDAQ:MATK) today announced that the European Patent
Office ("EPO") has issued European Patent No. 0515460 to the company
covering: i) the composition of matter of microbially produced
DHA-rich oils; ii) The EPO's jurisdiction includes 14 European countries
with a population of over 350 million.

Recent research in infant nutrition has indicated that babies fed
infant formulas without DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) may experience
intellectual and behavioral deficits. Some of the consequences were
illustrated in the widely reported study published in the January 1998
edition of Pediatrics in which the authors cited DHA as being the
"likely" breast milk nutrient responsible for better intelligence and
improved academic outcomes. DHA and ARA (arachidonic acid) are in
breast milk and in infant formulas in over 30 countries but not in any
U.S. infant formulas.

This is a unique opportunity to learn why the U.S. is lagging
behind the rest of the world on this issue.
