Tod-- After plowing thru all the posts for the last 10 days, its really great to see that you and the other members have agreed to the content of the memo that you put together. I also share the same concerns, especially the issue of communications with the stock holders , and the almost immoral and out of line compensation for both Mr. Wilson and Mr. Mims, and the need to have a crisp and concise business plan articulated. I may add a couple of comments to your memo on the communications aspect, and forward a news letter that I receive from another BB company (DCI Telecommunications) that really keeps the stockholders informed. Also an example of a president--Joe Murphy who communicates directly with the stockholders on the SI thread, "$5 and Under: DCI Telecommunications-DCTC Today". See post # 4302. This takes away the excuse that "my lawyers won't allow me to use the SI thread". This only applies if it is new and unpublished information. I expect the Supreme Court ruling should be out shortly. I understand that their rulings are usually released on mondays. Thanks again for all your effort and work in polling the thread and in putting together the memo.
