I am typing this, forgive any errors: Thursday, May 7, 1998 World Wide Web Casinos Rescinds License Agreement with Rangestar Telecommunications LTD. World Wide Web Casinos (WWWC), has elected to rescind a license Agreement with Rangestar Telecommunication Ltd. signed April 2, 1998, and is terminating further negotiations. It is WWWC's position that recission at this time is proper based upon a material failure of consideration as agreed upon by Rangestar.
