Xyplex vs Cisco??

Could anyone basically explain what advantages Xyplex's Edgeblaster
has over Cisco?
Is this apples to apples...oranges to oranges? Duh?

Cisco expands VPN, voice line

Cisco is bolstering its remote office CPE
(customer-premises equipment) that integrates data,
voice, and video traffic. The 2600 Series Modular Access
Router supports secure VPN, VOIP (voice over IP),
standard serial data, and legacy SNA traffic.

The unit comes with "advanced integration module" slots
that let users add DSU/CSUs, ISDN terminal equipment,
and voice and VPN capabilities. The $2,695 CPE also
includes Cisco Voice Manager, a Java-based management
application that monitors voice and fax traffic over
multiservice networks.
