They also did a license agreement, read carefully, and please call ATCO and ask them wether a license agreement was done at the time, so we can discuss a more present issue wether it still exists? Also, I think ATCO might buy Carver, the name, and a reasonable assets, debt free. However, because of the agreement, Carver will dictate the terms, I say they can easily get $30M either from ATCO or Philips who seem to have the same interest in this new technology??
