Robert: When Mary says "there is a story circulating this morning" I would like to know where, and who. Maybe she just heard it from Keith or Yeros, and that's the only prior circulation before posting here and maybe she took the opportunity to sell, before posting. I'd like to know more about the origin of this story and where it's "been." Anyway, I'm not selling my shares at these prices and expect that if shareholders can vote on these offers, that most shareholders will want to vote on a price that takes into account not only current asset value but also some degree of future potential. Just because management wants to buy out cheaply doesn't mean automatically, that they can. Linda
