Lawrence...'eyeballs' can be at other locations also. Where do they presently advertize: Yellow Pages, Travel mags, etc. If they add their web page address next to or right under their 800 number, that will generate interest to a wider audience who would appreciate an instant brochure/information/access. I personally would like that because I may want to browse and get some ideas without talking to a sales person.

First IFLY and other companies wouldn't be getting into the airline internet transactions unless they expect at least in the long run to make money.

...And didn't IFLY sign on a ex-American executive? I don't think he would have signed on with IFLY unless the price was right AND the prospects of the business were bountiful.

Sorry if it sounded as if I was being critical, I wasn't. I have a very extensive background in this industry and with this company so I just wanted to make sure that you didn't veer to far off course with your analysis.
