Paul and all,

I read in the latest IMRS proxy that they are proposing to increase the outstanding number of shares to 100 million ( to be used for stock splits and or acquisitions). I know there has been talk that IMRS is shopping for potential targets. Has anyone heard of any possibilities lately?

On a separate note I to read the Raymond James reports ( the first one after the CC and the second trying to explain the major selloff.) after reading them and to hear the additional info you dug up I see this as a GREAT buying opportunity and I have added to my position.
I am tempted to buy calls but have been burned in the options game before. I made the mistake of buying calls to far out of the money. I think the allure is there when you can buy them so cheap and the potential for a "killing" is there. I have done much better buying in or near the money calls and straddles around earnings time.

G-Man

I already got in, a small number of shares at 27 1/2.
Hope it will go up from here.
