If Apple starts moving Rhapsody units, etc. you had a high end of $42.

Indeed. However Rhapsody ought to be announced soon (say next week or so) if it is to have an impact on this year's figures...

"Anyone remember the figure for the Apple Store last Nov. 10-11? Was it well below this $19 (1.9) million? "

The initial figure we were given was $500,000 in 12 hrs...or about $1 mil in 24hr period. So with this report of $1.9 mil in first 24 hr after new PB release it does appear that sales is growing nicely at the Apple online store.

Marc,

It's close at $30 7/16 near yearly high ($30 5/8). The price was boosted up
in the last 20 minutes as shorts started coverage as usual. The
momentum was not big enough to cross $30 1/2 as expected. Well,
the WWDC will arrive the coming Monday with some "rather" big news that
may be announced. I expect Oracle will be involved in certain
alliance with Apple and hope Microsoft's continuing support on Mac
software development as well as possibly OS cooperation. Actually,
I am a bit nervous for Microsoft for its newly Win98 available on
June 25th. What Microsoft's actual action on Mac's platform will
reduce the probability of Win98's blockout by DOJ remains to be seen.
I am happy Apple's gradual move-up on stock price as well as its
sales volume and revenue in the current quarter. It looks very
promising for Apple's future on every aspect.

Have a good weekend to all.

Phil
