In fact, I love the SEC and how it will not hesitate to blindly damage young, emerging companies with innovative and superior products. All in its effort to promote truth, justice, and guard the American way and protect just plain ignorant investors like you and me from ourselves.

I am also impressed by the secretive "star chamber" procedure they used against SLUP which totally deprived it of anything approaching due process of law. Certainately Mr. Justice Brennan, then sitting on the U.S. Court of Appeals, must have been having a bad day when he criticized the SEC's use of the temporary suspension procedure as bordering on unconstitutionality.

I sure hope that the young attorney at the SEC who started this matter has sufficiently impressed his supervisor to get that promotion he's been bucking for.

And just think of how wonderful it would be for Arthur Leavit the next time he testifies before Congress on his marvelous small cap fraud program if he can say that the SEC has crucified another emerging company so that no large corporation will be threatened by its superior and more cost-effective product - a product whose sole purpose is to promote a clean and healthful environment!

And of course, let's not forget about the increase in GNP that may result from Abbey, Gardy's spending all of the fees they may receive from their lawsuit. I wonder if they actually will put on masks and six-guns and walk into Solucorp's offices with guns drawn and say "Hands Up! This is a stick-up!"

According to my sources the only information we've gotten so far on Fredric Gesten is that he owns only 8 shares of SLUP.
