wrong again

futures are almost always ahead of cash.

Its the amount of difference that decides whether its abuy or sell.

Example - now if the idff is over 4 its a buy and less than 4 its a sell. But there is no hard and fast rule. sp8m moves rapidly to stay within 4 points of spx. so if sp8m moves up but spx doesnt. then sp8m will move down.

remember spx is calculated from the trades of the 500 stocks that form the spx. sp8m is just a guess of where spx is headed and people then GAMBLE based on their perception of spx movement.
