To the extent that GB's occasional abrasiveness shakes his listener out of the drifting "feel good" state and causes them to actually pay attention to what he is saying, then that abrasiveness actually enhances his message quality. I too have had the feeling of being inappropriately slammed by GB ... whatever. I too have learned much from GB. My emotional response is a transient ... the facts are not. Thanks GB (you gol' darn' @(#&@(&$ p*ss me off wizard you) ;-)
