Hey, I never claim to know it all! Heck, I wouldn't be here if I did. Just want to point out that the news you posted was not "shocking" to people that follow CIEN closely. I certainly respect Lucent and so should the rest of the Telcos but "FEAR Lucent"? a tad dramatic don't you think? As far as earning, IN MY OPINION, the street has already discount this quarter that Ciena will meet the estimate or close to it. What will move this stock on earning day is the guidance from management at the conference call that afternoon. Like I said, I don't really care either way, I will make money on either side.
