You may be right about Swanny going back to 30 cents and you may be right about the stock being shorted previously - not saying I agree with you - but to think that there is a "massive short position" on a stock trading at these levels with almost that much cash in the bank seems pretty absurd. Anyone that did short has long since taken their profits (likely substantial) and moved on to more promising opportunities. We are all entitled to our opinion but I think that at these levels the upside is much more promising than the downside. Good luck, Mike
