I could not find the original article that said something like spending in Taiwan was ratcheted down - they still expect 15% YOY growth though. Here's another one that says "tenuous";

I read the entire Business Week (May 25th Issue) article concerning Japan's huge debt problems. If you are an AOL member, it's under keyword: Business Week. This latest issue pops right up. I'll post a summary of it tomorrow.
