This is bordering on the absurd but, if the criteria is to exclude any application there is an outside market for, will the DOJ examine Netscape? They have e-mail and news reader applications embedded in Navigator. I'm sure they affect the bottom line of apps like Eudora and Free Agent.

What does the PepsiCo vs. Coke suit have to do with any anti-trust investigation of MSFT? Your statement is such a non-sequitur.
