Usually in a BK, preferred stock holders are the only ones to get anything.
Common holders get the pipe.

INTERVIEW - Icahn cautious in overvalued market

NEW YORK, May 8 (Reuters) - U.S. financier Carl Icahn said Friday he had become a cautious
investor amidst the longest stock market run in history, keeping a lot of cash on hand with some
investments in sectors such as oil and tobacco.

''I'm very cautious about this market,'' he said. ''I'm in certain stocks, but basically I'm extremely
cautious and have a great deal of cash around.''

Icahn said the market was overvalued.

''But that doesn't mean that it'll go down,'' he said. ''There is a sort of euphoria going on -- and how
long that lasts is anybody's guess.''

Stocks have been charging into record territory, as one of the strongest economies in U.S. history
has bolstered investor confidence and brought billions of dollars into the market.

Icahn said he still saw some sectors as attractive places to invest.

''Some of the small oil companies I think are cheap,'' he said. ''I happened to think that tobaccos
are cheap.

''I like to go against the trend,'' he said. ''The best time to buy is in the storm. I like to buy when the
storm is out there and the rain clouds are gathering and the winds are howling: So I own the tobacco
stocks.''

Oil companies have been reporting poor earnings in recent quarters amid low oil and gas prices on
the world market.

CODE anyone? I see they shook some shares at 29/32, then it went back up. Interesting.

TGSK - looks like short covering near close

Investors have discovered a band of MMs on this one that are in Jersey City and most are in the same building! May have been working in collusion to yo-yo price and short the hell out of it over last month. A reputable MM arrived on scene yesterday, supporting the price and now we believe the shorts are running.

TGSK currently priced at: p/e of 4; 3 x BV; .5 x sales
UNDERVALUED! Looking forward to next week

supposedly it paid a dividend of 18 cents last year...don't know if it will pay any this
