Hmmm, isn't that about the time the quarter was complete, and any "large block owners" would have been declared in the 10Q? Or do I have that wrong? Charles, I only meant by the names GTE and WCOM and MCI that those three are linked with FTEL. GTE's OC-24 lines running into FTEL property "for free?" and the stated deal with WCOM. Now, as to MCI, the only connection I know of is the WCOM attempted merger, AND the fact that whenever, over the last 4 to 6 weeks, whenever I run "tracert" to either FTEL and FNET's site, ONLY MCI comes up in my hops. Could be coincidence.
