Hello Factfinder: I recall from previous discussions that the next court date is Tuesday, May 19th, with a written decision to follow in three or four days after that. BTW, the court doesn't sit on Mondays. And, De Beers has said it will not register the rights it bought from the "heirs" until after the court decides on the issue.
