OZON may be the leader in the fledgling market of ozone based e coli decontamination systems. Ozone is seen by some as a more efficacious way of dealing with the inherent trouble of produce coming into contact with animal waste while still on the ground. The current standard is water spray cleansing. OZON points out in its release of 13 April that they have begun to market its ozone based Eco-Pure Safety system to the produce/growers market.
